You can cancel a reservation without charge anytime prior to the check-in date. To cancel a reservation, first navigate to the reservation page of the reservation you want to cancel. See "viewing your reservations" for more information about how to view a specific reservation.
On the reservation page click the cancel button to cancel the reservation.

Click the cancel reservation button in the modal window to confirm your cancellation.

Your reservation has now been canceled.
Note that cancellation cannot be undone. If your plans change and you want to proceed with your pets stay at the listing you will need to make a new reservation.
Your session is about to expire
Due to inactivity, you will shortly be automatically signed out. This is a security measure to keep your account safe.
