When a customer makes a reservation for your listing on the UpWoof platform you will receive a reservation request. These reservation requests appear on your reservations page which is available from the listing management dashboard. Reservations have the status "awaiting review".

Click on the reservation you wish to review to open the reservation page. On this page you can click the confirm button to accept the customer's reservation or the decline button to reject the customer's reservation.

Confirmed Reservations
Confirmed reservations have the status confirmed. The customer will be notified via email and via UpWoof platform notification that their reservation has been confirmed.

Declined Reservations
Declined reservations have the status declined. The customer will be notified via email and via UpWoof platform notification that their reservation has been declined. Note that UpWoof will offer customer's alternative listings to select from if your listing is unable to accommodate their pets.

Other Review Actions
As part of the reservation review process there are several other actions you can take on the reservation page prior to accepting or declining the reservation. They are as follows:
Messaging the customer: If you need more information about the customer's reservation before accepting it you can message them via the UpWoof platform. See the messaging with customers article for more information.
Changing the reservation charges: If the calculated charges are incorrect, or additional charges need to be added, you can do this in the charges section of the reservation page before accepting it.
The Review Window
In order to ensure customers have their requests responded to within a reasonable amount of time reservation requests will automatically be cancelled if not confirmed or declined within 24 hours of creation.
Next Step
If you have confirmed the reservation, then the next step in the reservation workflow is to check-in your guests. If you have declined the reservation then no further action is required.
