At Cozy Cat Resort, we understand that leaving your cat behind can be stressful, so we strive to provide a home away from home for your furry companion. Our facility is staffed by experienced cat lovers dedicated to ensuring your cat’s happiness and well-being during their stay.

Julie Fredrick started Cozy Cat Resort because the boarding options in Boise didn’t seem to represent the love in the area for cats. Julie wanted to create a facility where the staff understands cats, their needs, and their preferences. Cats are intelligent and particular. They love quiet, low-stress, clean environments. The staff at Cozy Cat Resort caters to each cat’s specific needs and preferences as described by human companions and as observed. Some cats like to hide in a safe place and only briefly come out to eat and socialize. Other cats enjoy lots of enrichment time, like playing with toys, watching TV, playing with their own tails, climbing the walls, or chasing greebles. Each member of staff loves figuring out an individual cat’s personality and adapting to suit. At Cozy Cat Resort, cats aren’t an afterthought, stuck in a crate in the utility room, with dogs barking in the kennel on the other side of the wall. Cats are the priority!
